PACIS 2018 Presentation Guidelines
Thank you for participating in PACIS 2018, Yokohama, Japan, and presenting your study at the conference. Brief guidelines for all oral and poster sessions are as follows:
 
Completed-Research Papers (Oral Presentation)
1. Please bring your own portable computer with your presentation materials loaded. The meeting rooms are NOT equipped with computers.
2. Please arrive at the room of your session 10 minutes before the start of the session, and check the connection of your own PC with the equipped projector. The projector can be connected using HDMI or VGA 15-pin connectors. If necessary, please ask any volunteer staff wearing PACIS 2018 T-shirt for assistance.
3. Please identify yourself as a presenter to your session chair before the start of your session.
4. Each oral presentation session is allocated 1 hour and 30 minutes for three (3) paper presentations. We ask each author to finish his/her presentation in 20 minutes and leave about 10 minutes for Q&A. The session chair has been asked to manage time strictly.
5. The “Best Paper Award”, “First Runner-up”, and “Second Runner-up” winners will be announced at the Gala dinner, on 29 June (Friday).
 
Research-in-Progress Papers (Poster Session)
1. Research-in-Progress papers will be scheduled for presentation in poster sessions, where multiple papers will be placed in each poster session for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Poster sessions will be held in parallel with regular oral presentation sessions.
2. Please arrive at the Foyer (Royal Park Hotel 3rd floor) space 10 minutes before the start of your poster session to set up your poster.
3. The presenter must bring a poster in the LARGE TYPE format, with a maximum overall size of 800mm (width) x 1200mm (height), for display at their interactive poster session. A single, large, well-prepared and professional-looking poster is preferred. The size of the board for the posters is 900mm x 2100mm.
4. During your poster session, please be around the poster board designated to you in order to interact with participants who are interested in your study.
5. After your poster session, please remove your poster from the board, so that the presenter of the next poster session can use the board.
